Feel ill today, so just a quickie! :) I finished reading P.S. I Love You last night at 3am. Ahhh the many times i nearly burst out into tears. haha. an excellent piece of chick lit. :)
definitely recommend it to you chick lit lovers. it's quirky and cute.
it was a good book, no doubt about it, and moe said the movie was good.. i'm afraid that i have heightened my expectation of the movie too much, because it seems most of the actors are american?? and i think it was all set in ireland, with the exception of spain for awhile?? so they may have changed it.. at least gerard butler is in it =) even though he's the 'dead' guy.. ahh i LOVE him. :P
i watched 300 the other day too, i'm not sure if i said anything in any previous posts. but despite my dislike of anything violent, with the exception of the 2 kill bill movies :P i absolutely LOVED this tale of the Spartan warriors and greece's war against Xerxes. the effects were just magical. so so so good. and i absolutely loved the fighting style that they created. it was just magnificent. i was simply enthralled by the whole thing. and Gerard Butler of course :D he made a very good King Leonidas. =D and an incredible Spartan :) he had a funky beard though, but OH well. :P the cinematography was beautiful too.. hmm sometimes i wish i could go work in the film industry and help out with production/editing and stuff like that, but i doubt i'd be any good at it! =)
