Em sent me a message late at night a couple of nights ago, telling me the news. Didn't sink in til the next morning, you know, when I was actually awake.
So sad. I never even got to see them play live.
i was sorely tempted to buy the 'black parade is dead' live concert CD. But i decided against it.
Life will go on.
and my calves hurt. wonderful.
sometimes i get calf cramps in the middle of the night and i wake up in lots of pain, and usually i can stretch out the calf muscles to make the pain go away, but I spose I didn't wake up last night.
so now they're killing me!
but anyway.
went to garbo early on wed, bought 2 cDs at Sanity, and 30ml bottle of perfume from Wizard
yay.
worked until 5 on Wednesday, and then did some groceries.. started to rain as i got out of the shopping centre to walk home. WONDERFUL.
this morning I woke up and went to Murdoch to return library books I had borrowed for one of my assignments last semester, and after quite an intelligent decision, I wore my strappy gold sandals out.
NOT a good idea.
Especially when I had to trudge through the sludgy grass hill on the way to the library.
grossness.
My days have been quite monotonous lately, because I wake up so frigging early and by the time I'm home I'm dead beat and can't be stuffed doing anything useful.
so it was a nice change going out with my girlies mads and moe, and watching, well, not such a girly movie (lol), Hancock.
It was pretty good, a little bit random, and it had an interesting twist :D
There were some funny bits, sad bits, disturbing bits, as you'd expect, but it was a pretty good movie overall. :) Retail therapy-ed after that, we all went nuts! Well, moe and I went nuts around the sales racks :P while mads chose to shop by quality over quantity!
I got a vest, pashmina scarf and dress/top from Cotton On and a wicked top from Sportsgirl. :)
yes, while they're usually accompanied by pictures, I don't think I can be bothered right now.
we ran into Audz at Sportsgirl, so she came walkabouts with us! After getting some food we all went to her house to visit Richie, who was as hyper as ever.. Chilled with Audz for awhile after the two had left to go to their next destinations, and then she dropped me off at the shopping centre near mine. Had a look for the kind of shoes I wanna find, I've seen the perfect pair at Hobbs, but there's no doubt they'd be WAYY over my budget for shoes.. Which is usually about 20 bucks. hahaha. I'm so budge-o it's nuts. I wish I could collect shoes.. I'd have a GIANT shoe closet.. like the one in the SATC movie. Good God that was an awesome closet.
