oh man, have not blogged for about 3 months or so!? lol
did epic amounts of cooking/baking this weekend for photography! am absolutely exhausted.
my arms and back are dying.. and have a photoshoot tomorrow.. wah.. so tired. haha

but my foodie ones turned out pretty so i'm happy :D

she came on fridayy so she wouldn't miss our sentosa trip on saturday :D the last hurrah for char and iz because they start school tomorroww.. lol
but we had a fabulous time @ Sentosa. 4 cameras in total and about 1070 photos. hahaha
man that's gonna take awhile to go through.. anyway here's some.. :) no way are all of them goin on here! hahaha! :D
and i found this freakin wicked Vintage photo effect thing you do on photoshop from a tutorial, and i LOVE it. used it on some to test it out and thought it was freakin gorgeous :D

also did a full on photoshop job on this bahahaha.. the original looks SO BORING in comparison. the water now is so caribbean blue and i've totally replaced the sky.. hahaha

well, i'm just here to update! :D
uni has started, and i think i'm about to start drowning in work, so i won't be updating for a couple of weeks at least!
went to the student edge preview screening of Bandslam tonight! it was pretty damn good. :D not the BEST movie ever, but really touching, with cute music and it was quite funny at some points.. i laughed alot anyway! the lead actor was so awkward and dorky but it was like awww.. cos he was such a nice dude.. we got free Curtin slap bracelet things and a red Curtin footy! how random.. hahaa and they were giving away these skateboard thingos! :o god i love studentedge.
uni's been ok.. it's only 2nd week, but the work is piling on. and it's starting to kick in that i only have about 11 weeks of actual uni left. so i best get started on stuff!! i have been pretty good though, doing work everyday :D i'm proud.. hopefully i can keep it up. hahaha

Ahh this is such a procrastination post.. lol
i saw yet ANOTHER cat in our garden.. it's like the 5th one. if you include socky haha
it was lounging round on our non-functional BBQ..

it saw me with the camera and lay down in this pose! lol. didn't run away like the others.
s'been a week full of assignments, eew.. but i managed to finish one! lol it's shit as though, but i really don't care anymore.. all i need is 50%.. it's gotta be worth at least that!! lol
did photography on tuesday with mads and moe. =D turned out alright.. i've still yet to put it all together so i'll let ya know how that goes lol
and i made my front cover for the folio and work journal, that turned out nice =D

the storyline was, me and maddi were driving and decided to stop at a lake, (to make a video or take photos) i had my video camera out so we were making a movie haha and then moe's bf ben was the crazy psycho killer with a saw, and my plastic revolver which i used in my photography hehe. although he wanted to use my white parasol as a weapon.. so not dangerous! hahaha
there was lots of ketchup involved.. my jumper was just like soaked in ketchup. cos i wanted to die first! but then maddi didn't end up dying cos moe only wanted the minimum.. so we just ended off with like a final "dramatic shot" of maddi running away and ben chasing her.. supposedly, the story goes "maddi was never seen again" hahaha
and lastly, us in the car after we were done =D
anyway.. best skip back to my photog assignment!!
i still have a crapload of annotation to do.. oh boy..
i'm good at researching, but boy do i pay for that when i have to annotate shitloads!! =( lol
next semester = no more procrastination!
ok.. let's be realistic..

despite the horrible cloudy day, and terrible lighting, we managed to get some fairly okay shots to show the transition between architecture to portrait. lol. i wanted to take the buildings beside this building because they were so much more aesthetically pleasing, but there were freakin' food stalls and stuff in the way?! lol
damn ground was covered in bird poops. and the bricks/stones were not a very nice colour so i had to use curves to balance it out abit.. but still not a nice colour. ahhh well

everyone said she looked purtyy =)

We started the next day bright and early. or about 8.30 am to be exact.
my fave part of staying in hotels = continental breakfast! :D
Seri Pacific (or PanPac as it was once) had awesome breakfast the last time i stayed, so i was looking forward to it! :D
sadly, it wasn't as spectacular as i remembered.. but edible, so i remained satisfied!

after a rest, audz and jer decided it was time to go for a dip in the pool, which looked mucho enticing from the lift! haha.. and plus they had to take advantage of the sun! who knew how long it would last.... haha

anyway, after a long hard day of walking around, we went back to the hotel.
rested for awhile, and then went downstairs to the restaurant for dinner with some relatives!

when jerr used it, it became blocked, and then she flushed it a couple of times.
and then a few seconds later...
WHOOOOOOOOOOOOSH
the toilet water exploded out of the bowl like a volcano.
hahahhaah
it was freakin nastyyyy.. but thank goodness it was mostly clean water and toilet paper.
so mother had to get that sorted, by ringing up the hotel and shit.
we headed to Petaling Street after that drama! haha

it was wicked, i'd only been there once before :d
bought a couple of things actually. Tiffany n Co jewellery, something by Ferragamo and some dvds! :D hehehe.. audz got some cool things too :D
my tiff and co necklace. it's kinda irritating, my hair keeps getting caught in the clasp :(
anyway, i told u KL looks better at night!
i had to hold the camera sooo still.. for about 8 seconds to get this wicked shot.
maybe 4 seconds.. not as much light.. haha
