ok so that's not what people say, but that's what i say, even though it's not good for one's wallet. :P
anyways, i've been making loads of jewellery to past the time away, and today we went bead shopping (yet again.) but i've decided to update with some photos today! :)
i was awoken after a dreamless sleep this morning (well,.. sunday morning) and had to struggle to get out of bed.. usually i just get to sleep til whenever so it was odd being dragged out of bed today. :P anyway, we had to go to church, and i was so tired i could barely stand up without wobbling. after church we headed to my aunt's place for lunch. pretty nice lunch although i didn't eat that much, so i got really hungry whilst we were walking around the bead shops. :P
(actually i'm also really hungry right now..) bought loads of charms and beads and stuff from the shops, burnt a nice hole in mum's wallet. haha. :)
we went home after that, without the rents, and i commenced the ritual arrangement of the new things into our plastic containers and new boxes. :D then continued making more jewellery whilst watching the last 3 episodes of Heroes season 1.. thank the lord for this weekend's Heroes marathon :D it was my main source of entertainment. (:

hohum. today, i officially start secretarial work for mum. woot.
so i shan't be here too often! :P
went to return some library books yesterday, and met hamz there.. after which we proceeded back to her place. however, it started to pour down mercilessly. we ended up taking a cab from the bus stop right outside her house into the place, because it was raining so so much and my poor umbrella would have blown away as soon as we started walking. plus we would both have gotten soaking wet at least on one side of ourselves! :P grr to the rainy season.. i gave her the bracelets i made for her, as well as a charm bracelet i made for her. =D i went home at around 7.30 when it had stopped pouring down with rain.. all was calm..
anyways. i best be off to start doing some work! =)

Had our new neighbours over yesterday for afternoon tea, seeing as none of them were my age, I simply threw myself into the food preparation =P

after everyone had stood around the island enjoying the food, i went to my room to speed make a necklace to give one of the older girls for christmas under mum's orders. =P
the little girls came to watch, curious as to what i was doing, and soon we were making bracelets with elastic, and soon enough all the ladies had gathered around the bed looking at the jewellery making stuff and the earrings we had made. we sold probably about 7 pairs of earrings, and ordered 2 bracelets =D lol. didn't expect to do that!
had to attend some dinner for dad's hainan association tonight. the music was... *shudders*
i've never enjoyed chinese songs.. let alone chinese opera style songs!

Not looking forward to tomorrow as much. I just hope it doesn't freakin' rain again. That was unpleasant. I mean, I love rain and all, just not when I'm driving. Not very nice.
Sposed to go visit Audrey tomorrow, I don't know if i'll be able to! Ah well, I shall try my hardest. I wanna see Richie darling again. Even though he is much too hyper :P

OKAY so I got back from my driving lesson well and alive! :) And I have escaped unscathed. =p
Except for a kid who ran out in the middle of the road, god i was so stressed out. typical accident scenario, where the ball rolls out in front of the car! and of course, he runs out to go get it. fortunately i was still fairly far away... i'm not so good with the braking and accelerating, not really no. heh. but i spose it's easier than it sounds. at least i'm not learning manual! =p And I most definitely don't want to drive mum and dad's car, it's simply too big for me too handle. the one time i've driven it, i found it so hard. and that was just around the freakin roundabout outside my house. o.o

I was really craving a Maccas mini snack wrap, at $1.95 a wrap they are the most delectable and semi healthy things Maccas has put out in awhile. :)
Mum took Jerri & I there for dinner, or rather, we went through the drive through because my dingbat of a sister wore her PJs... And I got 2 mini snack wraps =D So my craving was satisfied. :)
Other than watching That 70s Show today, I made some bracelets after getting back from driving.
Here's one i made for jerri, it's tres cute.

Speaking of Audrey, she gave me an early xmas pressie =D These chocolate shoes were almost too beautiful to eat. But Mum and Jerri overrode that thought and stabbed the 'Merry' shoe with a knife :O We still have the "Christmas" shoe sitting in the box. =P They came with a very sweet card. :) Which reminds me, I have to go xmas shopping with what is left of my bday moola :)

Ahh, so I must head to bed. I've spent the last couple of hours helping Hamz edit a blogskin and personalise it a little. A speciality of mine :P hehehe.

Used orangey-pink cloisonne beads and a whitishyellow pearl for this pendant. Looks okay, I was sort of uninspired.. haha

A bracelet, with brownish & whitish pearls, as well as clear swarovski crystals and silver bead caps. lol

This picture isn't that great, but it picks up the detail of the flower bead caps well..

This pic sorta dulls out the bead cap, but the pearl colours are nice.

I made this one for Audrey yesterday, but mum helped with the necklace cord, I just did the pendant. She liked it muchly =D
